 The Portable Clinic Web Site is under construction and I will be adding the old stuff that was on the site before but will also be adding new features that I have wanted but could not do with the Program that I was using before. Bocabob started working on Motorola Portable Radios after joining Motorola in February of 1964 at the Chicago Plant. The first Motorola Radios that I worked on were HT200 Portables and Lookout Repeaters that used HT200 Radio Boards. After 2 years in the Plant working on Standard Motorola Portable Products a new division was created and I was given the (SP)Special Portable Final Test Dept. part of the newly created Portable Special Products Division that up to this time was part of the Standard Portable Division. I ran the Final Test Section until 1969 then I transfered from Motorola Inc. to Motorola C&E and moved to Michigan as a District Service Manager working with all the Motorola Service Centers from 8 mile Radio in Detroit to the most northern tip of Michigan solving Customer Problems.

After 2 Years working as a Service Manager in Michigan I excepted a new Position working for the Motorola C&E Office in Schumburg, Illinois as a Field Engineer. I was assigned to the Chicago Police Department and worked with the Chicago Police Department on there Radio Communications Voting System for the City of Chicago.

In 1972 I left Motorola and Started my First Corporation called The Portable Clinic, Inc. that created Special Kit and Products for Motorola Portable Radios. I sold the Portable Clinic, Inc in 1981 and moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

In 1981 I joined IBM in Boca Raton Florida as a Staff Engineer Scientist working on telecommunication products as IBM's Analog Specialist solving all radio interference problems and Retired in 1992 and now live in Ocala Florida.

In 1992 I created a new Corporation called Computer Creations, Corp. and return to working on Motorola Portable Special Products like the ones I designed for The Portable Clinic back in the 70' and the new ones that you will see in this Site.
